Hybrid working pattern – 4 days in office initially

Fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator seeking the next step!  CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential as support will be provided with further training and qualifications. The ideal candidate will be an HR Administrator who enjoys working as part of a small tight knit team, who possesses a positive attitude and can do flexible approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Provide information and guidance on employee benefit queries
  • Identify areas of improvement in the communication of benefits to employees
  • First point of contact for the benefit providers and third-party suppliers
  • Ownership of the monthly invoicing and annual benefit renewal procedures
  • Share knowledge and information with other companies
  • Work alongside the Director of HR on the annual salary and bonus review

HR & Payroll Database

  • Maintain employee data in Work zoom and ADP to ensure the information is complete and accurate
  • Work alongside the Payroll Manager and provide complete and accurate data to ensure people are paid correctly and on time

HR Administration

  • Respond to requests for offer letters, reference letters and employment changes letters
  • Manage the paperwork flow during the employment cycle
  • Track and log all employment changes for monthly HR reporting

Recruitment

  • Advertise vacant roles online (Linkedin recruiter – posting / linking to Workzoom)
  • Work alongside the HR Advisor to ensure the correct approvals are in place to recruit and job descriptions are available for all vacant roles
  • Maintain the PSA for temporary and permanent agency contacts
  • Raise Recruitment Services Agreement for new agencies and manage the renewal process for existing agreements.
  • Introduce and administer skill testing as part of the recruitment process

Induction

  • Make contact with new employees and be their ‘go to’ person for employment queries
  • Coordinate the induction for new employees and carry out the HR induction
  • Support the line manager during the probationary review period and advise the HR Director of any potential concerns

Learning & Development

  • Responsible for administration of Linkedin Learning
  • Provide reporting as required with regards to usage across the group
  • Ensure all training courses are tracked

Other

  • Organise and promote the annual social event during the summer and the Christmas Party
  • Provide administration support for the annual Engagement survey
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc projects

Person Specification

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to introduce and manage procedures.
  • Good time management and self-organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and work to tight timescales.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills providing effective communication across different levels of the business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of establishing and maintaining successful working relationships and liaising confidently and effectively at all levels.
  • High standard of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Team focused.
  • Professional and polished manner.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • CIPD  qualification desirable but not essential
  • Exposure working within a global organisation is desirable but not essential
  • Lives within an easily commutable distance from Battersea.
