We have immediate vacancies with an award winning and expanding insurance company based in the Twickenham area. Working as part of their Renewals team, the renewals inviter is a crucial role as you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have the best possible quote available to them in the market. The natural progression in this role is to Renewals Broker with a realistic potential time frame of 6 to 12 months.
Role and responsibilities
- Prioritising and processing customer renewals based on renewal inception dates.
- Learning the appetite of our panel of insurers for each client base.
- Reviewing the market using our systems and Underwriting team to get the best possible quote for our clients.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Delivering targets and working towards deadlines
- The successful candidate must have a strong can-do mentality
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Friendly, patient and helpful
- Team player with the ability to flex requirements to meet the needs of the business
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Beneficial, but not essential:
- Experience with Open GI software
- Experience in the insurance industry would be desirable
Salary and benefits:
- Salary £23,000 depending on experience.
